You can refer NHS patients by emailing the surgery at familysurgery.vasectomy@nhs.net
Please send us a copy of the consultation with your patient and a brief medical summary, please ensure that contact details are correct before sending the referral.
The patient will be contacted within 4 weeks of the referral to arrange their pre-operative vasectomy counselling appointment. Once their pre-operative vasectomy counselling is completed, they will be contacted to arrange their procedure date. Please note that current wait times are running at around 1-2 months.
We will write to you to inform you when they have been counselled, when they have had the procedure and when we have received the results of their post vasectomy semen analysis (16 weeks post op).
